I think Capt M said the problem was a broken-down water-cooled generator--the engineers among us will probably remember better. We had a couple more outages before the problem got resolved. We will be skipping the Fortaleza port call, however, because of the time lost. We've been pretty fortunate in the ports that we've had to skip on the DC: Salalah and Fortaleza. Neither the greatest garden spots of their respective countries from what I understand.
