Arlene, we are arriving in Tokyo on the 23rd. As you may remember, Grant's brother lives in Tokyo so we will be spending some time with him and his family, but we would love to do something with any LCT'ers who will be in Tokyo if it works out. I would love to see your apartment, but I know you have family coming in as well so if that is too much, no worries! Keep us in mind if something comes together. Maybe a "Marc & Arlene" tour and orientation of the subway system would be in order! ;)

Just FYI for anyone considering air arrangements - we were able to get award tickets all the way to Osaka on Japan Airlines using our AA miles. We are taking a stopover in Tokyo for a few days, then we have a flight from Tokyo to Osaka on the 26th. Since Tokyo is a stopover, it did not cost us any extra miles. So it worked well for our particular circumstances.
