Sheri - that's one of the reasons I decided to do the precruise too. I was able to use miles to get to Narita, but I think you have to get to the other airport in Tokyo for a domestic flight to Osaka. The train is an option, but I didn't want to figure out how to ship my luggage, get to the train, etc. uber Princess here!
