Just check with the Maitre D' that morning to see if there are tables available on a day you want to dine in a specialty restaurant but don't have a reservation. Finally, remember that if you're in a suite, you can order dinner in your suite from the main dining room as well as the two specialty restaurants. Your butler will serve dinner course-by-course.
