Mom and I are flying to Atlanta on Wednesday to spend Thanksgiving with my brother, SIL and niece. Poor thing, niece Jenn is going in for gall bladder surgery tomorrow. Hopefully she'll be recovered for all the good eats. We fly home on Monday to begin making mom's famous fruitcake cookies. She blessed them weekly with spirits, so they are just right by Christmas time.
