I think that what Robert is referring to are photo shoots for ads where perfection at the expense of reality rules the day.

Given that the producers of Amaz Race really were not selling caviar, I doubt that they did much more than buy budget fish eggs (and, maybe, let them sit a wee bit to long).

After all, to most the concept of caviar is one of the rich folk's pleasures. Too much of a "good thing" surely would fly with middle America.

But Robert is right about photo shoots..... what you see ain't always (or often) what you think you see.
