Arlene, your home sounds so beautiful. It would be so hard to "please" everyone. I would try giving an allowance for the grout IF that was a real deal breaker. We're remodeling right now & I will grab one of the workers around here to see if they have an answer to your question, although I'll probably have to wait for our Contractor to get back from vacation next week.
