Arlene - we didn't change any grout, but we were the ones who had our home "staged" - it sold in 2 days, but I'm sure it was mainly due to the old maxim, "location, location, location", although clearing the clutter, depersonalizing and updating the paint colors and palette in afew rooms helped. Our agent and stager said there is a "new buyer" you have to cater to these days - not the same buyer we were.
