Great post, Kimmi. Kimmi, where do you get hurricane shutters?

We have always had a colonial with phoney shutters. We are leaving the shutters off since we have just redone the windows. However, perhaps we should actually replace with functioning shutters.

Has anyone replaced their windows with the new Hurricane windows? I know Anderson has them.
