I agree 100% with Olivia's advice. Why don't you go to Tripadvisor and get the names of top choices. Then go to their websites and see what they look like. Another resource is the Fodors message boards ( Caribbean forum).
Like Lauri says, my understanding is that the Hyatt is very nice. My neighbors went there a couple of years ago and loved it.
You already have the plane tickets, the hotel shouldn't be that difficult .
