Ronnie - how does your husband like the QX? We've been looking at replacing our aging Landcruiser and wondering about the QX or the downscale Nissan Armada as a replacement ...

Masaki,
So far he likes it... just so different from his last car which was a 98 Red Chevy Corvetter Convertible and with only 17,000 (he works from home) just needed a change...

I have driven it a couple of times and handles really nice, just very long... but as you already have a Landcriuser the size should not matter... in fact I really liked the look of it and it has lots of toys... and was (I think) about $15,000 less than the Lexus LX470... he got the 4WD and it comes loaded... also got a great deal on a 2004...

sheri, can relate for in three weeks we take our
four kids to "happy time" home for dogs...a dog lover has converted an old house to a temporary
home for pet lovers to leave their pets while
on vacation..the environment is wonderful (no cages)..full socialization...our pets don't want
to leave when we return to pick them up...and only $16 per pet/day...r/wes

Now that is cool.
Our dog, (no longer have her), just loved to go for rides. We felt so bad every time we would take her to the kennel. About a block away you could tell she knew and would start pouting and had to be carried.
Then when we picked her up when we got back she would acknowledge us but would be very cold, Then when we got in the car and start for home would chew us out big time. Now this is a dog that never barked normally. I mean she would not stop until we got home.

We've got a neighbor pet-sitting for us - but we're still feeling guilty about leaving our 3 kids behind ... :(

We have a dog sitter. She sleeps in bed with our two spoiled dogs. Actually, they get mad when we get home....we don't spend 24/7 doing nothing but paying attention to them like she does! They go back to being regular spoiled dogs.
