I just pulled up the RSSC web site and checked on the Mariner excurrsions.
It said they will be open on September 13th
Are we doing the canopy tour through RSSC or on are own Todd?

I suggest let RSSC take care of the canopy tour. Hard to let everyone know and get things all lined up and then once on board we all have things that come up and may change our mind. It can get complicated if private pre arrangements have been made. With RSSC doing the arrangements we all have options.
Also just to confirm Julie from my office will be onboard for MINT.

Penny and I will be flying in the same day as the MINT cruise departs but am wondering how much time
should be allowed to depart ship, driving time to LAX and clearing security. Would a 12:30pm plane departure be within the realm of possibility?

LAX is only about a 20-25 minute drive from the pier so it will likely depend on the time needed to check luggage and get through security lines. I think you should be fine Ray. Also, you can make sure you have an early disembarkment time off the Mariner that morning. There will likely be a lot of us "locals" on this sailing who don't need an early time.
It thrills me...a cruise with NO FLIGHT involved!

Ray - same here - we're leaving on a flight around noon as well. Ngaire reassured me that it would be doable - just need to make sure that we get early disembarkation, that's all ... :(

Quite the Group - Many of whom I know from past cruises, most of whom I know by name only, and look forward to meeting.
I will be flying in the day of the cruise - to Long Beach. Arriving around noon, I think, on Jet Blue. So I will just head right to the ship.
