Sheri,
translation:
Sheri, you have used only the best French. I can't wait until I see your beautiful face again.

My French is still fair, my German is good, my Latin is fast disappearing, my farsi has gone away, my lingala is also extinct - all that remains outside of english is my fluent braille!

Glad to see your smiling face Sheri I was going to email you and see where you were. See you are missed when you dont post. How is your stepfather doing now hopefully he is recovering well.

Marty is going to have a field day, so many new ladies to add to his harem.

Hi Ngaire!

Yes...I have been too busy at work to post and my computer and internet connection at home was so slow...BUT, now I have a newer computer at home and DSL, so you will see me more often.

My stepfather is doing pretty well...stubborn as a mule. He is back to his 12 hour days, 7 days a week! That's no exageration! His foot seems to be healing okay, but with as much as he is on it, he is starting to rub new sores!! But there's no holding him back, so we all have to grin and bear it and hope for the best!

Thanks for asking...and for missing me!! :D

Sheri

p.s. Marty - smart AND a sense of humor?? I am finally starting to understand why Erika keeps you around!!!!!!! ;)

Marcie,
Please add Roberta Zowine and Julie Sauter, cousins, who will be sharing cabin 932 on MINT.
Roberta went with us on the PG and she had such a good time, she's talked her cousin into going on the MINT. Look out - here we come!

Yikes Marty....more members of your Harem? :D
Hey, I just realized we had cabin #932 for a day (we're now on our 4th cabin)!

Marcie,
No they're not members of the harem - yet. I believe, once they see the benefits and rewards that come to those who belong, they will fast make application for membership. Joanna, being the prima inter pares, must have review of the application, once it has been franked by me. The process for membership is beautifully simple and yet ethereal.

Roberta is a very close friend of Gretchen and Erika. It took her cousin Julie, all of 10 seconds to commit to this cruise! They are fun loving ladies who like to PARTEY !! They should be a beautiful yet still a bit on the wild side
addition to our group.

Marcie,
Have you changed cabins again? I think it's time for you to settle down and just PICK ONE !!!
The neighbors are starting to talk....

Let 'em talk! It will keep people guessing whether or not we might end up being their neighbor! <img border="0" alt="[jump]" title="" src="graemlins/jumpjoy.gif" /> I'm sure I've driven Ngaire to <img border="0" alt="[Drinking]" title="" src="graemlins/062802drink_prv.gif" />

Lawrence,
The only advice I can give you is to always remember "You're right, I'm wrong, and I'm sorry!" + diamonds are a girl's best friend! Frequent use of the former, and adequate use of the latter, will almost always get you out of the dog house. I, on the other hand, have put wall-to-wall carpeting, air conditioning and a nice sized refrigerator into my dog house. Our dogs, of course, don't ever come into the dog house - that is reserved just for me. Since they love me, they frequently stand outside the dog house and wag their tails, but that's the only encouagement I get. The above is the sum wisdom of 38 years of marriage. I hope you find a better way than mine, and look forward to your progress. The harem rules, I am but it's humble servant!

Marcie,
You're right! Let 'em talk! They only WISH they had you for a neighbor! So what if you've ping-ponged your way around the whole ship? A beautiful butterfly like you must be allowed to flit to and fro whenever she wants! Let 'em eat cake!

Marty - I'll stay in your dog house any time. But words of wisdom such as yours must be heeded - I have taken note!

Marcie: You're not only one driving Ngaire to drink...however she seems to handle the bumps in the road so graciously...I am trying to learn some of her tactfulness...old habits die hard but I am trying - Joanna

Yes, Todd is correct #921. We will definitely be the "lightweights" on the 9th deck...easily recognized as the boring couple turning in immediately after dinner and Tom resembling an alter boy and me wearing my white Communion dress. :) :)

Looking at the Suite numbers......it looks like this group has 10 penthouses booked! WOW...that's a lot of party rooms! Maybe we should come up with a party on night that is focused on a person's specialty drink. Maybe??? Example (like this is a surprise) Todd 920 specialty - The Grey Goose Cosmo.

Yep Joanna, that would work!
I think Ana Luisa should host a "extemperaneous writing" party as this is sure her specialty! (everyone should make sure they've read her Mariner review)!

I want to PRINT deck 8 and 9 of Mariner.
Where can I find a good one that will print??
So far I have not been able to do that, or it is a real small unreadable picture.

Well could have a tequila sampling followed by a multiple choice quiz on the tequila lesson. Whoever passes gets a prize!

BTW Peter who is almost a non-drinker doesn't really like my tequila master (I have a diploma and all), but I'm sure he won't mind if I wear my T-Shirt during the program.

We are looking forward to having you and Marcie as our neighbors (we are in 922). Maybe we can open the rooms and have a 2 suite party!
