We are lucky to be cruising with John on the Seabourn Odyssey...but I'm posting here because he wanted to say hello to all the Regent cruisers that he knows on this forum.
He has just returned from time at home with his family. It is our first meeting with him but already I can see why he is so popular. What a darling!
Anyway, he sends his greetings to all of you!

We are really happy to meet John. He talks about his wonderful boys almost every day.

We had a bit of lunch with John today. He is such a wonderful CD - can't think of anyone nicer!
He says hello to all, again!
We are changing our itinerary, medical emergency has diverted us to the Azores....such a tough situation - in the middle of the Atlantic, picking the nearest aid.
And now we've had a small engine problem so we've slowed to restart. I'm glad I'm not the one in the med center.
We're fine and hoping for the best for our sick passenger.

Tina...we love Seabourn - tonight they will recognize my 200th day - not an extraordinary amount in this crowd but when I add all of my days on Seabourn, Regent and HAL I have a few "years" at sea. I'm happy at sea on almost any ship!

How fun Margo. Tell John hi from Tom and me...loved him from So.America cruise and several other cruises. He and Lynsay are fantastic and such darling boys!

Catching up on posts give John my best we sailed with him when we were on Seabourn also. He is a super cruise director so very creative and a really nice person.

Ngaire....John asked us to say hello for him as well. He has a very soft spot for the LCT crowd. He said he doesn't see the board any more but has great affection for many cruisers here.
We are now headed for Funchal after all. Sadly the passenger that needed emergency care died during the night. The ship is very subdued this morning. We all realize that we don't know what life will bring us, we must celebrate the happiness that we have.
