Agree with Susan, Kristin - all things good from now on.
We got our deposit refund yesterday, and I am told that the refund for our outbound air is coming, hopefully this week. At that point we will be happy campers and feel that Regent has taken good care of us. We also got all our AA miles back with no fees.

We got the deposit check yesterday - and air reimbursement for one of us today (apparently somehow the second receipt got separated or overlooked - should receive in the next 2 weeks).

I just submitted mine yesterday to Regent so be curious to see how long it takes but seems to be moving smoothly - good news!!! We returned a week ago today and my body still not "whole" :) :)

We have been in Northern CA for the past 8 days and just returned and HAPPY to see that we too have been made whole. We had a check waiting for us covering everything from air, hotel, food, transfers, petsitting, and the cost to redeposit our unused return home FF miles to AA.
Now we look forward to KANGAROO, a 25 night cruise in place of cancelled 14 night TUT cruise.
Hats off to Regent for handling everything so well. :app:
Now we will hope and pray that in the future they bring back the World Cruise !!!

PET sitting?! Good for you, Marcie! I hadn't even thought of that. And we took cabs to/from DFW (but didn't bother with receipts :( ).
I don't know if I should submit petsitting at this point - probably been too long?
Still waiting on one of our reimbursements (and this was paid straight to RSSC, NOT an incidental expense). Hope they get it to us first part of next week...

I just mailed mine Monday and had to wait for receipt for transportation to and from our house to airport think I will fax to them

My bad....I stand corrected. I double checked and we were NOT reimbursed for pet care. Sorry for people contacting Gair when it was my error!!
I guess I should have included the transfer home from LAX which I didn't...that was actually more than the pet care. Original TUT plans, we would have been picked up by Jill but since we arrived so late, she couldn't pick us up.
