I received it and completed it. Hope this is a sign that they are going to do more "asking" about what really grabs the attention of their customers.

I just filled out mine, too...I'm glad they asked several questions about enrichment-type programs and not just about "luxury shopping"

I just filled it out. I specifically mentioned that this type of survey is far more meaningful than other mailings such as the DVD on "The Regent Experience" are. Furthermore, I thought this was a good opportunity to answer the question on what Regent could do for loyal customers, e.g., better discounts, possible upgrades, etc.

Yep we got it too, filled it out! Then realized that it also came to my business email! Not doing it twice. Would have been nice if we had been given something - like a bottle of wine or champagne or a small shipboard credit on our next cruise, you know something! Oh well, did it and sent it in. Don't know about the rest of you, but I did comment when I had a chance about bringing back the across the board SSS discount on every cruise! Maybe if we all do that, they will actually think about it.
Thought this might generate an interesting thread!!

The survey link is under Marc Conroy's signature. If you have AOL or links disabled in your internet software, it will not work and you will have a blank page because of your computer's settings. If you have AOL, then you need to click on the "Enable Link" message.

I put the same comment about the SSS; Also I put that in lieu of the levels, give me points to spend on board for my loyalty - to use in the spa, or to call home etc. or to save for an additional discount.

Thanks, Andrea! You're great! Just completed my survey, thanks to you!

I do hope that Regent takes to heart the many suggestions and input we've submitted.

Ana Luisa, I, too, have never had a problem with links for other surveys. Don't understand the glitch with this one. I also sent them an email stating I wanted to participate in the survey, as you did. Thanks to Andrea, mission accomplished!

Got the email survey yesterday, and completed it. I feel it was a very good survey.

Also yesterday, I received some brochures from RSSC that were actually informative. They included shcedules, prices, and specials. Saved them all.

Thanks,
Richard

I really got into the survey as it was well presented and covered most issues reagarding a Regent Experience with respect for the Pax point of view!!!!!!!!!!! That being said.........let's see if we get any feed back with the conclusions they apprise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I for one have cruised around and find "Regent" a consideration again & again if they can maintain and elevate their standards to meet the expectations of prospective cruisers. We will be embarking on our fourth Radisson ( Regent ) cruise this coming September.

interesting I just "took" the survey again (although I didn't finish it, so it didn't count) and I found the suggestions for improvements different from the other night. Some I had suggested weren't there at all, and others that people had added were deleted from last night.

WOw what a difference in4 hours. How can they get any real value from this survey when the choices keep changing! I put a suggestion in 4 hours ago and now it isn't there.

What originally got me curious about it was the fact that once you added your choice it was added to the whole list, so I wondered what would happen a day later with the list being longer. Obviously, that's not the case.

I'm amazed how the choices changed, I wonder how they can get any statistically significant data from such a survey?

I think that even though they are individual choices, they will fall under certain categories...a few that I saw were very similar, just worded differently.

I have never seen a survey that incorporates previous responders' comments into the choices and changes the selections on the fly like that. Is this some new sampling method? Like Lauri I cannot fathom how you'd apply any kind of statistical analysis to data of this nature.

Maybe Regent is collecting information informally and trying to get us to jog each others' thought processes.
