would have been more impressive if the letter inside hadn't been addressed to "Mr. and Mrs. Elmer J____"! So if Elmer is on this board and got one addressed to Dr. and Mrs. Scott L____, we could swap. Outside envelope was correct.

Scott - Ours came today with my name on the envelope and my partner, Pat's, name on the letter, with the contact info for him on the back of the letter completely scrambled. It appears that the marketing group at RSSC remains in "random monkey typing" mode, does it not??

On the other hand...... We received the new Mariner Alaska brochure today, not only individualized with our name, but also Brown & Keene. Nice touch, I think!!!!

Ours came addressed to us properly, but inside was a letter addressed to another couple. We happen to know the other couple whop live nearby, or did until the husband died last year. Sure doesn't give one confidence that RSSC knows what they are doing.

it seems that RSSC has forever been plagued with these administrative snafus. I guess so long as the tickets come in correctly and your air (if using), shore excursions, dinner reservations, transfers, etc. do not get botched up that's all that matters...

Well, ours came addressed correctly both inside and out; however, the letter says, "You can double your Seven Seas Society savings on select departures when you reserve by 12/31/07 - saving up to $1700 per couple"...which sounds great, but nowhere can I find which departures they are talking about!? It's not in print and not online anywhere that I have seen. It drives me nuts when they send me on a wild goose chase! :(

We got ours too. Outside envelope was addressed to me ONLY. Inside was correct, Mr. & Mrs....

OK, now I see where the double society savings are, highlighted on the back of the tier benefit sheet. Had to read the fine print ;) .
I'm the type who always goes to the Internet over anything in print, gotta have the latest information!
