Getting close!!!

Ngaire, went through paperwok today and realized I had a few questions. Just in case others might have questions, I decided to post here.

1. Do you need a client profile from both of us?
2. Do you need a release of liability from both of us? Can we witness for each other?
3. On invoice it said final payment is 13 January; however, I thought I remember seeing a later date. When is the actual date?
4. Once we get past 90 days without a doctor's appointment for a new condition, can we purchase the travelex at any time?
5. Is there anything else we need to do besides pay and show up?

thanks,

Yes, Marc I do need to get the required paperwork from everyone. I am going to send out a booklet that will have all the forms and some other information enclosed. Wait until you get that and you can do it all then. Some of the ROARers have all that paperwork completed already.

CSA is cheaper than Travelex and better as it covers pre-existing conditions at final payment. Or you can buy a cheaper CSA option that does not cover pre-existing conditions. CSA is the way to go now.

All that will be in the booklet. Interestingly enough I am working on that booklet at this very moment inbetween checking emails and LCT.

I also have so many varying pre and post options I need to make sure everyone has everything just as they want it. I have a giant spreadsheet for that and each booklet will have some information regarding each persons arrangements.

90 days before is the actual payment date. I often give myself a few days leeway on an invoice to be sure everything is paid in time.

Ngaire, thanks. I will hold off on the forms here. Is the CSA info on your site, or should I just wait for the booklet?

thanks,

Here is a link. This is on the RSSC B&K website but cruise or land the issues are the same. Love you to read all this Marc I just put it together before I left and it can be so detailed. Any mistakes you will find for me I am sure.

The FREESTYLE CSA plan is not in the comparisions. The big difference is the COMFORT CSA plan has the pre-existing condition coverage. I have had so many declined as things are considered pre-existing by insurance companies I just like the pre-existing condition coverage now that we can get it a final payment time. I will include the FREELANCE plan in the booklet. YOu have to get quotes for each trip and so many factors come into it that I wont quote it on everyone but you can see the difference in the plans and if you want it we can get a quote.

Thanks! I see that CSA Comfort comes at just $7 more per person that the Travelex. I guess we have to decide if we are more likely (neither very likely) to need medical care during the trip and want primary coverage or if we will need to cancel because of some pre-existing condition in "our extended family."

Ngaire, didn't you want our flight information too so airport transfers can be arranged?

I THINK I'm up to date on all paperwork...not sure about flight info....ROAR was booked in August 2004! so I may have forgotten some things.
Good to see some activity on ROAR for a change :D <img border="0" alt="[vhappy]" title="" src="graemlins/icon_vhappy.gif" />

Hey Ngaire! You WILL be ready for a PARTY after you sort through all the ROAR paperwork. What's the old saying .. no good deed goes unpunished?

I assume if we're up to date on paperwork our booklet will reflect it? Cheers, Anne

Just started on these yesterday. Doing the basics now. Not sure how I am going to lay it all out yet. Probably have them finished by the end of the week as long as the week does not get too busy. They will be simiiar to the Hanseatic, Antarctica booklets.

Okay ROAR'ERS - the books were mailed yesterday. PLEASE CAREFULLY look at your individual arrangements. Between everyone there are a lot of individual arrangements and NOW is the time to review everything carefully and be sure everything is correct. If there is anything I have forgotten just shoot me an email. Also I need the forms and air schedules back at your earliest convenience. It is SO SO close now, final payment just under two months away. How time flys!!! It used to be over two years away.

Yay Ngaire! I can't wait to see the books. It's hard to believe it's almost time for final payment - the time has really flown. This year especially seems to have passed quickly.

Suzie, Marilyn and I will have plenty to talk about on our cruise; I asked Suzie the other day what you wear on an 18-hour flight.
