First of all I would like to thank all my dear friends on luxurycruisetalk.com for all their help and support during the last years. I have found your friendship and enthusiasm contagious and refreshing and look forward to traveling and chatting with you in the future.

Secondly, as you maybe aware I have finally fulfilled one of my ambitions in life and have produced a Cruiser Friendly guide book to Alaska. The book is now in it's second re-print having been very successful during the 2005 Alaska season. Having received much praise and encouragement I have taken the process to the next level. The link below is to my press release issued to announce the commercial launch of my book.

http://www.prweb.com/releases/alaska/guidebook/prweb403130.htm

Please feel free to take a look at this and at my website www.cruiserfriendly.com.

I would however, like to say that a large part of this exciting venture is due to the kind words and genuine feedback I have received from fellow cruisers like yourselves and look forward to hearing your comments on this new direction.

Terry Breen

I want to say hello to you, too, Terry. My husband, Alan, and I, sailed with you on the Navigator in 2001 to Alaska. You really made the trip a tremendous experience for us! Offering commentary during your lecture was a member of the Tlingit tribe. We found his presence and sharing details of his life within the tribe to be something very special and memorable.

We hope to sail this itinerary sometime again in the near future. Alaska is one of our favorite destinations! I do hope that when we cruise to Alaska again, you will be on board to make our second visit as wonderful as the first.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and enriching our Alaska experience a million times over!

Denise

Welcome Terry to LCT! I have never cruised with you before but have heard glowing reviews of you to date - I am so disappointed that you will not be aboard our Mariner cruise coming up in late August! Congratulations on the book - I may need to pick it up to round out my collection of Alaskan guide books. :)

Just picked up your book at end of our cruise in gift shop and looking forward to reading it. We enjoyed your lectures and commentary on our voyage. Good Luck to you on your future plans. This board gives you high praise, and I was not disappointed in my expectations

Congratulations on your new venture, Terry.

My husband and I enjoyed your lectures on our SA cruise in 2004. If you remember, storms delayed our progress and we were late arriving in Puerto Mont. I will never forget your excitement and enthusiasm as we sailed under a brilliant, sunny sky, snow-covered volcanoes visible in the distance and dolphins dancing beside the ship's bow. You told us, "whatever you do, don't miss this opportunity, get out into the countryside." We did and enjoyed every moment of our time there.

From one writer to another...keep those words coming!

Terry, Welcome to LCT (Hola otra vez, es Ana Luisa de Guatemala...we met on the May 24th Alaska Northbound, te acuerdas?).

I will say it again since I am a satisfied reader that Terry's book is wonderful and a great reference to have with you as you cruise Alaska. Of course, nothing beats cruising with Terry Commentary!!

Terry - so glad to have you on LCT. We cruised the Panama Canal with you in May of 2003, and loved your lectures, not to mention your commentary going thru the canal.

Hope that you might be on MUSH, if I missed that you were, sorry.

MUSHERS - I am home now. If you have any questions about what was going on in Alaska the last few months - ask! Weather? Excursions? Weather has not been great - hopefully, we'll have an Indian Summer and things will be beautiful in August.

Let me know if I can help!
Terry
