Alex at request@pointspros was able to leap hurdles to get my granddaughter flights from IAD to ADD and on to JNB in June and return from JNB to IAD via FRA in July with miles Cathy and I had along with modest fees.
The hurdles were because UA-Continental merger and there were myriad problems.
Lydia will be in Biz and in First from FRA to IAD.
Ted that is so exciting for your granddaughter and I know how happy you and Cathy are for Lydia's trip - good job Alex! we love to see our kids and grands loving travel as much as we do!!! Hate to hear any problems with the UA-Cont merger ugh.... PS I love the name Lydia!
