Hi everyone, I've just updated our blog through yesterday when we were in Puerto Montt. We had an unusually beautiful day there. It's Monday at 11:00 AM, and we have just arrived in Puerto Chacabuco a little ahead of schedule. It's much cooler and cloudy. I think it is about 50 degrees right now and raining. It seems pretty cold on our balcony.

We're meeting Chris in Linda in about an hour for our "Full day in Patagonia" excursion that I think begins with lunch. We almost couldn't book this one, but although we were at the top of the wait list, a space only opened up in the last minute. As this was an excursion with a fee, the Destination Desk wasn't very hopeful that we'd clear at this late date.

I hope to report on today's experience tomorrow. The whole ship is invited to go on the Laguna San Rafael catamaran excursion, which is supposed to be really something.
