Arthur, You can't go wrong with either of the two lines you mentioned, you won't find lines and food and service is great on Radisson and from what I hear, great on Seabourn, too. What you won't find are true balconies on Seabourn. They do have "French" balconies which from what I understand are not wide enough to fit a chair. I think I would choose from SilverSea or Radisson.
