Frances, Your review pretty much sums up how I would compare Crystal and RSSC. The one thing I would add is that Crystal is openly hostile toward smokers (both cigar and cigarette). It's easier to smoke in Manhattan after the ban than it was on Crystal Harmony and Symphony. I haven't been on Serenity so I don't know if it's any different. Oh well.
