<How do you say "OY" in Swedish?

The correct way to say "oy" when in Sweden is: Oy.
Please try to do it with a Yiddish accent otherwise you may look foolish. Or worse, you might be confused with someone trying to order a crawfish to drive him home because he might have had too much to drink and didn't want to risk the harsh DWI laws of Sweden.
Of couse, I 'might' be wrong here. I have an old book.
