Negotiating with the vendors in the Souks will be fun for me. It's like a good game hand. One thing you need to be careful of is not to ask about an item unless you are serious about buying it - you insult the vendors. We are used to fondling our merchandise and then deciding if we are interested. I've read this a number of places about buying in the Muslim countries in the marketplaces.
