In Visby, someone on our cruise stopped to admire someone's dog and was invited into their home. The homes there are terribly expensive and rarely become available for purchase. They are more expensive than California homes! The people there are so warm. When we went, many of the stores were closed, so we saw very little of the handicrafts.
