Hi Sandee, I spoke with someone about the visa. They are now saying applying in person, you will wait 4 weeks for your visa. Now I know that zvs will take that long too, and costs more, we are thinking we will just go with zvs. Taking 4 hours to go to the consulate would be great for the lesser fee, but since we don't get it right away, I'm just going to throw the passport in the mail.......achhh. Like Frank said, this is really unbelievable....and it is...We went to Turkey close to 911, and got our visa at the airport for $25.00......10 minutes.
