I usually fly home Friday night as I have no desire to stay over on Saturday. I think for first time PG Cruisers though it is a good idea to really enjoy that last night on board and do the day room option.
In order to fly home on Friday night you must pay the deviation fee of $100 and leave the ship around 8.00 pm to 8.30pm to get there in time for the flight. I usually eat up on deck that night so it is fast and easy and I can have my one last meal on board.
