You might be talking about Kingfish Hall. Not sure if Todd English is still affiliated with it though.

Just in case you don't have time to get to the North End, there are some great restaurants near your hotel too.

Abe & Louie's has the best steak in the city, Azure at the Lenox has wonderful seafood, and if you want to really splurge, Lydia Shire's Excelsior is fantastic. There a tons of great restaurants in the South End, where I live. Let me know if I can help any further. I work in the Hancock tower across the street from the Marriott.
