I don't want to speak too soon, but it really looks like thanks to Radisson we will be taking our free cruise! Considering all the turmoil they have gone through over the past several months, I'm so pleased that they have been this responsive to my plight! So.....Bermuda in May here we come!! They won't promise a cabin with a balcony, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that too!
