Those of you who are still having problems after you have downloaded the java thing and it still isn't working, you must make sure you have your Java is enabled on your security options.
Right click on the "e" internet icon on your desk top.
scroll down to properties
click on the security tab
click on custom
make sure "disable java" is not checked. I have mine set at high security
