I have been advised by an English TA that certain cruises are run as bilingual cruises,but even on those that are not,certain announcements are made in English.
My enquiry was prompted by the "ecstatic" review of the Europa by Berlitz,and the interesting itineraries that are run by Hapag Lloyd.I wondered how non German speaking passengers had felt about their cruise experience.
It should be noted that the Europa is not all inclusive.
