Cindy, unlike Karen, I preferred the Paul Gauguin to the Diamond. The Diamond was a beautiful ship, the main dining room was exquisite, but there was no viable alternative dining room, and lunch was a fairly uniformly pedestrian affair, whether on the main dining room or up on deck. I was only on her once, so maybe my experience was unique. Don't get me wrong, I loved that cruise too.
