I've been tracking my fed ex package which arrived in Lubbock on Saturday morning. It was due for delivery today (Tuesday) but since it was in Lubbock Saturday, I stayed home all afternoon yesterday "just in case." Didn't arrive but no big deal.

Today I planned on staying home ALL day. Sure don't want to miss my package. But at 10:10 this morning I get a call from church and I need to make a fruit salad for a funeral tomorrow which means a very quick run to the store. I was back by 10:45. No Fed Ex.

SO I sit around all day, reading, doing chores, and waiting. At 4:10 I open the front door to let the cat in and there is a notice from Fed Ex. They tried to deliver but...

But what!!!!! I was here the whole time. I tested my doorbell. Works fine. My house isn't that big and I wasn't even in the bathroom when they said they were there.


I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND I NEEDED TO VENT.

Now I have to stay home all day tomorrow, too.

Tomorrow I am putting a sign up on the door to tell them I am here.
