Marc, I don't know what you mean by "A lot of time "Chat" is the only set of boards that show (not the "welcome" boards)." If you bookmark the link I provided above, you will always see all the catagories.
I think we will leave it like it is as it's easier to locate the off topic forum and all the cruise topics are in their own catagory.
