I had brain-block when I wrote that last message, because now I remember that you've been on the Voyager, so of course you already know about RSSC service. Your reference to being a "newby" (now I realize only to the Diamond) made me want to reassure you right away that your Diamond cruise should be wonderful. But you are absolutely right about the human side of wondering what we'll "get", especially when we are anticipating our trips so much. I guess the nice thing about RSSC is knowing that the staff and crew will work to find new and different ways to make us happy on each trip.
