Unfortunately, booking at highly discounted rates - i.e. F&F - do not qualify for PC point earnings. For further clarification, I would review Priority Club Rewards
Priority Club Rewards I weigh significant discounts vs. earning miles or points. Sometimes deeply discounted rates or fares will sway me. You just have to see which works out best to suit your needs at the time and if the monetary savings surpass the points or miles earned.
Speaking personally, I find it very hard to resist an excellent deal.
