In our case, it wasn't sticker shock - we had a bargain priced premium drink package, and did not take very many paid excursions. On our cruise, we just did not think the food was so great, the service and friendliness of the crew did not even come close to Regent's, and we hated having to present our key card every time we wanted a drink (reminded us of the old days on Regent when we had to sign for everything!).
