We did indeed get to climb up the hill. It was a climb not for the faint of heart. George led the way of course. Very steep and muddy. I resorted to grabbing the tussock grass and pulling myself up, but it was worth it. Penguins as far as the eye could see. George pronounced the morning as his best short hike ever.
