Been here for a couple of nights now. Highlight so far for us was zebras walking off the bush onto to the road and waking down the road directly toward us within feet of the vehicle. Then they veered off back into the bush. Really interesting behavior. Never seen anything like it.

We have seen lions and general game. One vehicle saw a pangolin tonight. We could have gone but it was getting dark and a good 45 minutes away. Another saw a black rhino.

This is a lovely lodge. Good food, great setting with lovely views of the watering hole, nice rooms, fantastic staff. Really good flexible management. Just a pleasure to stay here.
