We used Luggage Free for Kiwi. Had no issues outbound and it was a pleasure traveling with carry ons and seeing the bags in our room after the long flights to Auckland. On the way home it was a different story-it took us over an hour to make contact with the rep after disembarking in Singapore. No damage to the bags, however. Interestingly, I contacted them about Batik, but they did not recommend shipping to Indonesia.
