We have had some great European female bartenders in the past (Aleks is definitely one of them!) but we have also had some that were terrible (not friendly at all and some times downright rude to the other crew and the passengers too!). In many cases, the "assistant" bar tenders have done a better job of running the bars than the bartenders did.

Sounds like you already knew of policy that Asians could only be assistant bartender; I don’t think any change there; they still can be assistant bartender.
