Last night we had dinner in the specialty steak restaurant. The choices were almost overwhelming. I had prime rib and creamed spinach and Jerry had veal Oscar-style. Both were very good.
Today we are sea so not much to report. We went to bingo and Rachel's son's MIL won $100+. Lunch was an Asian buffet.
This morning I ran into Paul Billick and his wife Cindy. Paul posts here from time to time. They were so delayed by weather yesterday that they only boarded the ship 35 minutes before our scheduled departure time. Paul said he was told the ship had to leave people behind. What a disappointment that would be!
Another quibble: the elevators are very small on this older ship. Capacity seems to be 4 people or 2 people and a walker or one scooter! There are a lot of walkers and scooters on this trip. I am not sure why that is since most of the excursions seem to preclude the mobility-challenged?
