Thanks Pat, should have asked for some suggestions of nice, but not overpriced hotels as so many are. I have always wanted to stay at the Westin Regina Europa, but the least expensive rooms seem to run over $500 per night (although that is a bargin compared to the Regent Hotel whichis $547 per PERSON for one night, and is the JWMarriott across the lagoon, the old Hilton). Will check it out. Using a water taxi is fine, as we will be able to split the cost and would be a fun way to get to the hotel.
