We had an incredible time with y'all in Frisco. What I don't understand is why you don't have your own cooking show on the Food Network:-) Those ribs (and brisket) were absolutely amazing. I daydream about them! It was also great meeting your son at the country club . . . such a lovely young man who will no doubt take after his father.
