I called Regent to see if they could tell me anything about the missing excursions. The answer is not really. EXCEPT that the excursions for Mormugao (on 4/16) are listed for booking purposes by them with Goa. I don't know how you could do anything online, but the Regent rep was able to book one of them for us, and then he sent me a complete list. My online calendar still doesn't show it, however.
