This does not bode well since most of us are used to planning way ahead -- especially for the escorted cruises -- knowing that if for some reason fares are reduced, we have always been able to receive the adjustment. What happens if you are still outside the final payment window -- can you cancel and rebook? IMO $1300 on a 10-day cruise is a significant amount of money.
