Interesting, Marcie. Thanks for sharing. I didn't have any idea there were this many American river cruises.

I've been trying to come up with an idea for a short vacation with my siblings and their spouses, and also with some close friends for whom cost needs to be a consideration. (Well, isn't it with all of us!) With a per diem of more than $600 per day per person (with balcony) one of these cruises probably won't work, but I'm glad to know about the option.

We've gotten spoiled with the Regent discounts and B&K benefits!
