Since most photos will be made with long telephotos at relatively slow shutter speeds (game drives are at dawn and dusk) you may want to think about stabilizing cameras - some safari vehicles are equipped with bean bags - may want to bring your own or invest in a clampod, which can be attached to rollover bars.
