When we were living in Brussels, I discovered a fabulous dessert:
Crepes Normandie
It was a crepe covered with sliced apples, topped with Calvados, and flambe'd. The calvados and apples carmelized.
It was fantastic!

I have not been able to find Calvados in Alabama; hopefully I can find while on CANADA so I can bring a couple of bottles home.
